These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through WagerThemes.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale together with any applicable product licence terms and policies displayed on the WagerThemes website.

WagerThemes is operated by:

WagerThemes sells digital software products, including WordPress themes, software components, licences, updates and related services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, no physical product is shipped.
Products currently offered may include:
- Authority
- Access
- Authority + Access Bundle
- Optional support packages
Product functionality, compatibility and licence scope are described on the applicable product page.
3. Lifetime Licences
Where a product is described as including a lifetime licence or lifetime updates, “lifetime” refers to the commercial lifetime of that WagerThemes product and service, subject to these Terms.
A lifetime licence does not mean that WagerThemes is required to operate a product indefinitely regardless of technical, legal, commercial or security circumstances.
4. Product Licence
Purchasing a WagerThemes product grants you a licence to use the software according to the applicable licence terms.
Unless expressly permitted:
- The licence may not be resold
- Licence keys may not be shared publicly
- Licence systems may not be bypassed
- Protected downloads may not be redistributed
- WagerThemes software may not be represented as your own commercial product
A purchase transfers usage rights only. Intellectual-property ownership remains with WagerThemes and its respective licensors.
5. Activations
Each offer may include a defined activation limit.
The activation allowance displayed at the time of purchase forms part of the applicable product offer.
WagerThemes may provide authorised tools to deactivate, reset or transfer legitimate activations.
Attempts to manipulate, bypass or abuse activation limits may result in licence suspension or termination.
6. Updates
Customers with a valid update entitlement may receive product updates made available for their product.
Updates may include:
- Bug fixes
- Security improvements
- Compatibility improvements
- Performance improvements
- Feature changes
- New functionality
WagerThemes does not guarantee that every requested feature will be implemented.
7. Optional Support
Where offered, customers may purchase an optional support package.
A support package is separate from the underlying software licence.
Unless stated otherwise:
- Support is optional
- Support is purchased as a one-time service
- A 12-month support term begins when the associated payment is confirmed
- Support does not automatically renew
- Support may be renewed by purchasing another support term
- An active support term may be extended from its current expiry date
- An expired support term begins again from the date of the new confirmed payment
The expiry of support does not terminate a valid lifetime product licence and does not by itself remove applicable update rights.
Bundle support, where offered, covers the products identified in the applicable bundle.
8. Scope of Support
Support generally covers reasonable assistance relating to:
- Installation
- Product configuration
- Product functionality
- Confirmed product defects
- Compatibility issues within the supported environment
Support does not normally include:
- Custom development
- Bespoke website development
- Third-party plugin development
- Third-party server administration
- Unrelated WordPress troubleshooting
- Recovery of compromised websites
- Work caused by unsupported modifications to WagerThemes software
Any additional paid services will be agreed separately.
9. Prices
Prices displayed by WagerThemes are stated in the currency shown at checkout.
The authoritative price is the price calculated by the WagerThemes Commerce system when the order is created.
Client-side parameters or modifications do not alter the valid price, product, licence entitlement or activation allowance.
WagerThemes may change prices for future purchases without affecting completed orders.
10. Cryptocurrency Payments
WagerThemes may accept cryptocurrency payments, including USDT on supported networks.
The checkout page will identify:
- Required asset
- Supported network
- Payment destination
- Payment amount
- Applicable payment conditions
You are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct blockchain network.
Sending an unsupported token, using an incorrect network or sending funds to an incorrect address may result in permanent loss of funds.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
A payment is considered completed only after WagerThemes detects and confirms the required transaction according to its payment-verification rules.
Creating an order alone does not create payment rights, licences or support entitlements.
11. Exchange Rates
Where a product price is denominated in fiat currency but payment is made using cryptocurrency, WagerThemes may convert the order total using the applicable checkout rate.
The resulting cryptocurrency payment amount displayed for the order is authoritative for that payment request.
Exchange-rate movements after the quote is generated do not automatically modify an existing quote unless stated by the checkout system.
12. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment and order processing.
Delivery may include:
- Account access
- Download access
- Licence key issuance
- Product entitlement
- Support entitlement where purchased
Customers are responsible for providing accurate account and contact information.
13. Refunds
Because WagerThemes products are digital products delivered electronically, refund eligibility may be limited once access, download or licence delivery has occurred, subject to mandatory consumer laws applicable to the customer.
Where applicable law provides a non-waivable cancellation or refund right, that law will prevail.
Refund requests may be reviewed where appropriate, including cases involving:
- Duplicate payment
- Material failure to deliver the purchased product
- Confirmed technical defects that WagerThemes cannot reasonably resolve
- Other circumstances required by applicable law
A refund may result in the associated licence, download access and/or support entitlement being revoked.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
A chargeback or payment dispute may result in the associated order being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
Where appropriate, WagerThemes may suspend:
- Licence access
- Download access
- Support access
- Other order-related services
Fraudulent chargebacks or deliberate payment abuse may result in account termination.
15. Taxes
Customers are responsible for taxes, duties or similar charges applicable to their purchase unless WagerThemes is legally required to collect them.
Any taxes collected by WagerThemes will be shown where applicable.
16. Compatibility
Product pages and documentation may specify supported versions of:
- WordPress
- PHP
- Browsers
- Hosting environments
- Third-party software
WagerThemes cannot guarantee compatibility with every server configuration, plugin, theme modification or third-party product.
17. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining website backups
- Maintaining appropriate server security
- Protecting account credentials
- Protecting licence keys
- Using supported software versions
- Testing significant updates where appropriate
- Complying with laws applicable to your own website and business
18. Availability
We aim to maintain reliable access to WagerThemes services, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, security incidents, network failures, third-party infrastructure problems or events outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect services.
19. Intellectual Property
WagerThemes branding, software, documentation, designs and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of WagerThemes intellectual property to the customer.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WagerThemes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the products, including loss of revenue, business, data or opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
21. Changes
WagerThemes may update these Terms where necessary for legal, operational, security or product reasons.
Changes will apply from the date stated in the updated version and will not retroactively change the commercial terms of completed purchases except where required by law.
