Privacy and external services
Every outbound connection the products make, and what they store about visitors.
This page describes the software as shipped. It is not a privacy notice for your site — you write that yourself for your own visitors.
Who receives data from your site
- The WagerThemes licence and update service — on activation, twice daily for validation, and every 12 hours for updates. Sent: product identifier, a random installation identifier, your domain, and the product, WordPress and PHP versions (plus the licence key on activation only). Never sent: content, drafts, visitor data, user accounts, e-mail addresses, settings or API keys.
- The AI providers you enable — only when an editor runs an AI task, directly from your server to the provider under your own account.
- The research (search-results) provider you enable — only when an editor requests live search data or rank tracking runs.
- IndexNow — off by default. When on, page addresses are sent to
api.indexnow.org. - Google Search Console — off until an administrator connects it, with read-only access to your own property.
- AMP — off by default. When on, AMP pages load the AMP runtime from
cdn.ampproject.org.
The public pages make no third-party requests of their own: no analytics, no external fonts and no embedded scripts from WagerThemes.
What the products store about visitors
- Click tracking (
/go/links) stores the link, the page component, a two-letter country code when known, the referrer path and a timestamp — no IP address, no user agent, no fingerprint and no cookie identifier. Rows are deleted after 90 days by default. - An optional
ap_regioncookie, set only when a visitor chooses a region. - The products send no e-mail.
